It was wery plesent stay, wery friendly and helpful staff. My luggage was missing in airport and came with another plane and Nathalie from front desk called and helped to handle the situation that by next morning luggage was delivered to the hotel. Wery grateful!
The bed is AWFUL and hard, but the staff are super friendly. Ashley has been a bright light to start the day. She is very personable and makes the guests feel welcome.
Ashley's service was above and beyond amaizing. She takes great pride in her job and the company's she works for. She is definitely and assets the Hilton corporation and I hope it does not go unnoticed! We will be back at the wonderful hotel.
