It has been amazing.
Nearly everything about this hotel was excellent. The property is very clean and well maintained throughout. Parking is plentiful and easy to access, which made arrival and departures stress-free. Its central location is a major advantage—most attractions and amenities are within comfortable walking distance, with numerous sidewalks and pedestrian paths that make exploring the area pleasant and safe. First two days have been without a television. Walked into our room last night and wires and adapter were sitting out in front of TV. Thai issue has yet to be resolved. I thought working TVs were a bare minimum requirement at an hotel. Apparently there is no manager on duty in the evenings to speak with. We’ve reached out 4 times, while on our vacation to try and remedy this situation. Would NOT recommend.
