I have never had an issue at a Hampton Inn, until now. The lady at the front desk "Sasha" was extremely rude to me at check in.
Great location. The A/C wasn't working well the second night. The shower didn't have pressure and the control for hot and cold was backwards. Breakfast in the morning was okay. Friendly staff. Pool open 8am to 8pm.
I noticed when walking into the Hampton Inn Fort Myers Downtown that it is located next to a highway. We asked the person at the front desk to give us a quiet room. She looked frazzled. She gave us a key to a room on the third floor. When we unlocked and opened the door there were people in the room. We went back downstairs and reported this to the front desk. Great hotel near downtown. Walking distance to the River District with shopping and many restaurants. Super clean rooms. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff Affordable rates. Highly recommended! A+
