Location is great - downtown - short walk to Edison/Ford museum and local restaurants. Not sure if new building or recently renovated - definitely a fresh, clean facility and rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Dog friendly is a major plus for us. Located next to major thoroughfare intersections (Mcgregor & Cleveland). Outside noise was not an issue for us as our room faced the parking lot and wasn't facing mcgregor blvd. We would stay here again if in local area.
We had a top notch experience with this hotel. I had initially made reservations for my workers at another Hampton Inn in Fort Myers and the check in process was nightmare. I ended up cancelling that reservation and called this hotel and spoke with Mama Mia. She was so accommodating and helpful. Words can’t express how thankful I am. Being a Diamond member with Hilton for many years she went above and beyond to make things easy for my guys to check in easy. Location is outstanding, rooms are clean and beds comfy. For the price it’s hard to beat frankly. Mia and the mngr are fantastic.
