Had a company conference here, young lady saw me entering then timed it and went to back, so no greeting when walking in. Some staff doesn’t speak English. Asked the receptionist not assisting anyone to use the restroom since they are all locked for some reason, then she tells me in a minute when the restroom is 20 feet away. Don’t come here whatsoever. This hotel has been recently remodeled. It is very beautiful and smells nice. As of Aug 23, 2026, they are in the final stages of completing renovations. The digital key worked well compared to other locations. Be forewarned that Hampton Inn no longer allows free parking at most locations. This location has a strict parking policy and charges a daily parking fee. Edit to respond to owner: The situation was not rectified until I returned to my home state, as I didn’t find out about it until AFTER I returned and checked my credit card balance. Upon noticing the new total charge, I called your establishment and was told that HOUSEKEEPING stated that there was a pet in my room. With this being said… I hope housekeeping was dealt with so this does not happen again to anyone else.
