Careful. Some staff are very rude and short. They Cancelled two nights on me despite not cancelled with Expedia and denied me access to rooms resulting in paying twice. Refuse to help and get back in timely matter. Beware, record your interactions with them if you are asking for any change, my big regret.

Booked this hotel because it was close to my doctors office. Sharima Sahib’s attitude was horrible. Front desk computer had problems, ridiculously long check-in. Just to get to front desk and be told we can’t check into our FULLY PAID FOR ROOM or get a refund or discount. They forced me to cancel without waiving the cancellation fee. Would never recommend due to this. Drove 3 hours to be turned away with no willingness to help. They had my money already, so they did not care.
