Quiet private safe
Walked in to check in, the lobby smelled of marijuana. No TV guide in the room, I walked to the front desk to ask about the channel for the Notre Dame game. I was told their cable service didn't get ABC. It actually did. We were charged $10 to park in the hotel parking lot. I was not told about that ahead of arrival, I would have booked elsewhere. The toaster in the breakfast area didn't work, I asked an attendant for help, she didn't understand English. The sink faucet sprayed water all over the counter. We will not be back... read more
Worst management ever
The hotel did not meet the expected standards of cleanliness. We stayed from Friday to Monday during a holiday weekend, and unfortunately, our room was never serviced. When we requested assistance, the staff only provided a few towels. The service was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.
I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights holiday weekend, and during that time no cleaning was provided. I called the front desk before 3 p.m.sunday , as instructed by the sign, and also placed a call at 9 a.m Sunday., but no one came to clean for the entire stay. I had to go to the front desk myself to get fresh towels and sheets.
