Nice hotel clean room and great staff
Perfect downtown hotel
The outside of this hotel is charming as is the town of Fairhope. The location, parking and staff at the hotel is all top notch. However, I will say that when I walked in our actual room, the smell was more than unpleasant. As I looked around and saw that every single thing was rusted, scuffed, torn and insanely dated, I really wanted to get a refund and find a different place to stay. Since I was simply tagging along on my husband's work trip, I kept my mouth shut. I didn't sleep well. The bed/pillows are really terrible...... read more
