The hallway carpet needs cleaning bad. Also, the shower water pressure wasn’t good and the room wasn’t clean.

The hotel is in a great location for Fairhope however it is dated and desperately needs to be remodeled. The seats in the area where breakfast is served were peeling. In our room the metal parts of the lamps had rust on them. The mattress was like sleeping on plywood. It was very firm and uncomfortable. The decor on the lobby and in the rooms is old and needs to be refreshed. The staff is very friendly and helpful though. Hopefully one day the management and/or owner will realize how bad it looks. Perfect location. Parked and walked to everything. Friendly service and asked to make sure we were comfortable. Rooms were dated and had a few worn areas. But was comfortable and safe.

This hotel is located in the center of the city and adjacent to the parking deck. The rooms are reasonably sized but dated. The balcony is only appropriate for one person. We had several squares of carpet peeling up and separated. We also had some grime on the walls. Not a deal breaker but certainly not ideal.
