Overall I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and will stay here again. The room was immaculate with no defects I could see. Large flat screen was nice. I asked a nice lady at the front desk for some water bottles. She stopped what she was doing and helped me. She is very friendly. The digital check in, checkout and digital room key worked flawlessly.
Positives: Location, it’s right off the highway and near several restaurants. Negatives: Staff, if you can find the staff and they aren’t on speakerphone…. Good luck getting anything other than a bad attitude and a look of constant confusion as if it’s their first day(it’s not). The cleaning staff do have a cool trick, they set the dead bolt on the room they are cleaning. The white girl screaming at me to not leave because she says I didn't pay for my room needs to be fired. I showed her proof I payed the day before and it was through Priceline on top of that you had my card on file because of incident fees. Have a good day
Solid hotel. Clean. Rooms are spacious. They have complimentary breakfast and an outdoor pool.
