I wish I was treated with this level of courtesy everywhere I went in life. The front desk staff was exceptional and treated me with respect. Would definitely return.
This has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in California. I travel to San Diego at least 2-3 times a year for sports tournaments. It’s so nice to have an included breakfast with a wide variety of food options that begins at 6am every day of the week (eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, regular and soy milk, bananas and other fruit, yogurt, bread/bagels/muffins, waffles- 2 flavors daily- the normal waffle batter and an additional fun flavor, this week I’ve had s’mores, churro, and pumpkin spice). Decent place. Breakfast was a little better than most Hampton inns I stay in. Good location and easy to get to. Seemed like a good deal until I saw they added $16.50 a day for self parking. They didn’t even bother to tell me. What a rip off. Generally I was one of the only cars parked in the back area. Just make the nightly include this because it’s misleading and bad for business. I know I won’t stay here again simply because I don’t trust this place.
