I was originally given a room that, upon entry, was not cleaned. Kaia Evangelista at the front desk was very courteous, kind and professional assigning me a new room.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff especially the young man at check in.
The hotel was great, the people, the service, and the room. However, the bathtub was dirty and the shampoo bottle was broken. Breakfast was good and they had great options. The only complaint was the eggs. The eggs were gross. Overall, a good hotel
