We stayed here last weekend and it was our first vacation in Elkins and WV in general. I liked the hotel and the location/view. However I can't give this a good review. Over a three night stay room service never set foot in our room. We ran out of towels by the second night and my wife had to bring up a load on our own when she took the dog out.
