This hotel and all of its staff members are absolutely outstanding! Though everyone here was super friendly and extremely accommodating, I’d like to specifically mention Trish, Taylor and Alex for going the extra mile to accommodate me during my stay. The cleaning service was also exceptional. Despite the rooms showing heavy signs of wear, the rooms smelled great and were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay, be it for one night, or a multi night stay.

This hotel booked me a room since 2pm and told me at midnight after driving all the way there that they booked me a room and didn’t have a room. This is a disgrace, they really need to hire people who can effectively manage rooms. I sincerely hope nobody else has to have this experience.

At check in the young lady at the front desk seemed clueless as to how to check in a guest. She looked at my ID, which I understand. Then she asked for my credit card to "verify it was the same as the card on file". I have never had this happen when checking in at a Hampton Inn. She did not welcome us at check in, and seemed almost inconvenienced. The room was pretty good. Coffee maker was plugged in to the wall behind the entertainment center. Great last minute stay! The rooms were so clean breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly. I brought my pup and the pet fee was reasonable.

Just took a vacation here, especially to see the sights of El Reno oklahoma and Route 66, and this was a very great location to stay in, especially I did enjoy the breakfast service that they have, especially, they must need helpful service on the front desks and the hotel building as well. My room was very clean, especially the bathrooms as well especially I everything that was great except for the bed.Itself.
