Mattress was the most comfortable one I ever slept on, 4 nights of good sleep. I would love to have been able to buy it! I wish I knew the brand. Room was very nice. Outstanding breakfast buffet, and Katrina very friendly. Front desk staff was helpful, especially Britni who checked me in and out 4 days apart. Only problem was 2 potholes in driveway that I drove through, but I don't know who it belongs to.
Everyone was ok. But, no ice on 2 of the the Three floors . Breakfast was good.

I have stayed at this location for many years from the day it was opened. I made a reservation recently, as I travel almost every week for and failed to change the date. I was aware of it in a few minutes and called to cancel and they charged me for the room because it violated their cancelation policy. I will never stay at this property again and furthermore will limit my time staying at any Hilton property due to this error in their management of this matter. Charles Capps Lifetime Diamond member
Our room smelled like mildew. The hotel charged treat shop expenses to my room and when I tried to get the charged removed because they weren't mine the staff said, there is nothing we can do about it.
