Inthe midst of a renovation. Good. Our room was of old and showed it.
This is a deplorable location and an insult to the brand. I was greeted this evening by a woman at the front desk who decided to start cursing before any real conversation. Informed me the nobody knows when the room will be ready and said it could be after 5. The one who came in behind her at 3pm wouldn't even ask me my name to check my reservation to see if a room was ready. This Hampton Inn has horrible customer service and does not honor the Hilton pledge to its customers. They provided me incorrect information, didn’t honor my request, refused to move me even though the hotel was virtually empty, and blamed an employee in training for the misinformation provided. Be careful booking here. Staff will not help you.
