First off I travel a lot. I'm lifetime Titanium with Marriott and Platinum with IHG. I see people in the hotel business that really shouldn't be customer facing. I also write very few reviews. From the moment I checked in and met with Ashton I knew this place had a special vibe. She was very nice and super efficient. Really great with the other guests.
