Shout out to the gentleman at the front desk who flirted with my (87 year old) mom!! She loved it
Always friendly staff. With baked cookies ready for you in afternoon.
The rooms are fairly clean but there were no refrigerator or microwave in this particular room. The lazy front desk personnel did not give a heads up as to what was missing from the room as these appliances should come standard. This is a poor representation of the “Hilton” brand. This is how you treat a Diamond member of over 10 plus years. Shame to the management that continues to allow such lack of responsibilities.
