loved the cold A. C.! and decent water pressure in the shower.. decent mattress... remote for the t. v. could've been easier to use but no biggie

housekeeping showed up ONCE in a five night stay. the one day they did show up my headphones disappeared. searched the room for 4 hours but they were definitely gone. the third floor has MOLD and i’m not surprised. any time we had the air above 70 the whole room got damp. the staff was polite but SO UNHELPFUL with everything

In the area for a sporting event. Stayed at this hotel in the past, it was ok. This time we booked online via their website because there was no one to speak to via phone. Using our credit card we booked & paid online. However, upon arrival we were told they had no rooms left. Despite our reservation, payment, confirmation number and other details provided we were told "we sold out hours ago." Then why did your site show availability, allow us to book, and take our money? We asked to speak to the manager. No manager on site.... read more

Heres an update to my post, i tried to inquire about an update. I was told Eric at the front desk told his supervisor that i cursed him out. I wonder what made him decide to tell them this? I guess that once the review was posted and was seen, he decided to try to make himself look like a victim. On top of that, i never received a call back from a supervisor. i had to call hilton Honors to get an update. It's nice to know that when you spend your hard earned money and things go wrong, no one will fix the issue. Room 423 was ... read more
