I stayed in a room with my 2 kids at this hotel on 7/13/26. There was a smashed earwig in the sleeper sofa mattress, and I assumed it was just a random bug and the room would still be fine. I was wrong. My youngest woke me up in the middle of the night bc an earwig was crawling across the bed. My oldest said there were 2 earwigs on the wall and 1 more on the ceiling. Absolutely disgusting. Floors were stained, sheets were stained, the shower was covered in mold, hand prints on the head board. Ended up leaving at 11pm and driving home 3 hours to just not stay here. Tried to complain to Hilton, refused to refund us. Told us it’s on their “remodel list”, as if that explains dirty sheets. Horrible experience. Makes me rethink ever booking a Hilton again.
Breakfast was delicious!!!
