We stayed here for 2 nights in September. Hotel was fantastic. Great location and staff was tremendous. Billy at the front desk terrific. Not only did he ask about our travels but he texted us when room was ready and also during stay to find out how everything was going And we were pleasantly suprised to receive a handwritten thank you note from him after trip noting where we had visited and hoping we had a safe trip home. This has never happened in all my years of traveling Would highly recommend staying here if in area!!
We organized a room block through the area director of sales, Matt M., and this was a seamless process! Would recommend utilizing Matt's help to organize a room block - it's been an incredibly easy process with excellent communication!
The king study room was nice, TV remote barely worked though. I was not impressed that you were required to pay to park at the hotel. And the swim area needs a serious upgrade! It didn't look appealing, it was dirty, water was a green yellow brownish color. The hot tub jets basically wash your face and that's it! Ill never stay here again.
My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying here. Our room was clean, roomy, and the bed was COMFORTABLE! The customer service from the staff is FANTASTIC! We can't wait to book again. Thank you for such amazing service and going above and beyond.
