This hotel would have gotten 5 stars but the bathroom ventillation system was not working. So many hotels have left this system inoperative. This system pulls air into those small vents in a bathroom to clear steam and odors. If it isn't running any odors you place there stay in your room. Otherwise this hotel is fantastic. Clean, safe, awesome rooms, very well maintained.
I had a fantastic experience At the Brighton Colorado location last night! Dan, the man who checked me into my room was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much Dan for helping get the dark roast coffee set up this morning, as well as the great sack lunch!!! Game changer! My room was perfect, clean and comfortable. I swam some laps in the pool, and enjoyed the hot tub… Again, perfect! I appreciate the staff was able to accommodate me extra days when I got sick and had to delay travels. Made sure I was taken care of and handled any extra needs.
