Made a reservation early, then my travel plans cancelled. Flying into Colorado from another state. Hilton would not let me cancel, according to the foreign guy on the phone. Even though I tried to cancel more than 5 days in advance. Never heard of a Hampton Inn that had a "zero" cancellation policy. If I could give this service zero stars, I absolutely would. We are here for a soccer tournament, only to find out at 7:00 PM on the day of our arrival, from other players, no less that our rooms had been given away. The staff attempted to place us in a sister hotel down the street, but the room there looked unsanitary, as though the sheets had not even been changed.
