Hotel was fine. Rooms were clean but a little shabby in spots. Front desk was nice. My issue was with the airport shuttle. Called when my flight landed and went to wait where I was told to. I was told the next shuttle would get me at 55 past the hour. When that time came and went, I called again and was told the shuttle was on its way back. The shuttle had never come, and I ended up waiting another half hour in 95 degree weather for the next shuttle.

My rating is negative five stars but I can’t select that. I can only post if I give it one star which it doesn’t deserve. I booked a room for my son, his wife and 2 yr old at Hampton Inn Denver Intl because they missed their connection. I called the hotel directly and made sure they had a crib and it would be set up and ready when they arrived at 9:30 last night. They got to their room and there was literally garbage on the floor, half eaten food in the room and the bathroom was filthy. And no crib. They called down to the d... read more
