The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Unfortunately the pool was not available. They were doing maintenance. It would be helpful to let guests know which side of the airport the shuttle is going to be picking you up. Apparently in Denver there are two sides (East or West) where hotels shuttles pick up. I was waiting on the wrong side. Luckily a driver from a different Hampton Inn in Denver told me to go to the other location which was a little bit of a hike when you are lugging several suitcases. This was not what I expected. I have stayed at a lot of Hampden inns and thought it would be a nice upscale hotel. It looked like someone had stolen the inside of a Hampden inn, but did not quite get it together right. I would have expected a motel 6 to look like this, but i think the last motel 6 i stayed at was a little nicer. The breakfast was okay. The neighbors were very loud.

We had a great stay. Bed was comfortable. Room was really clean which is super important to us! Breakfast was nice and friendly staff. Love that we could shuttle for free to the hotel from the airport. Would recommend to others!
