I have been a Hampton Inn Honors member for over 20 years and I have never had a bad experience, with the exception of this stay. We booked it as. Hampton Inn, it was Recently changed to a Hilton Spark, apparently a lot lesser of a brand. Anyway, no remote control for the TV, no internet, no hair dryer, and no coffee maker in the room. I checked in on Wednesday, 8-5-25. While shaving, the sink filled with water and wouldn’t drain. Took about 8-10 minutes to finally drain. Next morning I advised the lady at the desk of the problem and was told if I would be out the maintenance guy would fix the drain. I left around 10:50 and when I returned to check to see if the drain worked the door to my room had been left open. Yep! The deadbolt was extended and no way for the door to shut. And…. The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. They had the usual, but if your serving gravy. At least have the biscuits to go with it. When we asked the lady serving breakfast if they had water, she looked at us very confused. Needless to say "" no water":....
This is no longer a Hampton Inn, it has changed to a different brand.
