Always great service and hot tub
The stay itself was OK. However, the front desk staff and management need some serious training. They do not handle their assigned roles at all. I’ve also been trying to call the hotel for three weeks now to deal with an issue and they have no answers at all. They now are actually ignoring my calls as I can hear someone pickup and then immediately hang up. I have a case opened up with corporate after having to go through 4 separate calls to get the case opened. As a well known business, this place is poorly operated.
