I’m not sure how this hotel has a 4+ star rating. Came in late last night and got a room and found a live cockroach walking around. Front desk was able to get me another room. The room was fine. When I came back from my morning workout, there was a bug crawling around on the table. Hopefully they get better pest control because one thing I don’t want at my hotel stay are bugs.
I love the remodel yall did it looks really nice and it's comfy love the stay here will be here again tonight and thank you for the morning breakfast 😊
Very nice hotel and great location right off I4. The general manager Jen went above and beyond for us are entire stay. The housekeeper Mel was awesome and kept are room very clean and made sure we had everything we needed in are room. The breakfast lady I think her name was Kim was also very nice and kept the dining room very clean and organized. We will definitely be going back to stay in the future. The location is right in the middle of many fun places it’s perfect. Thank you ladies for the great experience!!
Had to vacate my home due to my ac being replaced and decided to go with this location. Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me a room as fast as possible since I had my daughter with me and it was super hot outside. When entering the room I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the rooms are. The bed was comfortable and very clean.
