I read some mixed reviews about other stays but I was impressed with our stay! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the pool was heated and clean, nice beach access, the tiki hut restaurant was good and the breakfast was good too. Incidental fees are way lower than anything around and no resort fees.

I will be filing a formal complant against 3 hotel managers here, but let me state that nothing I do by filing will compare to what God will do to this kind of evil for hitting me while I was down.... I called Wed, day prior to Thurs. arrival to ask if I could get a room that hadnt recently had a dog since I have pet allergies. We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. Tenezah and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. Hotel was clean, beds were comfy, rooms were decently sized, and breakfast was traditional Hampton fare but the staff was so attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place. This hotel was exceptionally better than the Conrad.
