Beach in back of hotel, with towels available & shower to rinse feet after walk in sand & enjoy the sunrise. Very convenient. Tokki restaurant on site. Free parking- give you pass for car.
Has to be one of the nicest Hamptons I've stayed in. The bedroom ac is amazing, the living room ac was just mid. The front desk staff are all super nice and fun to talk with. The breakfast is decent, typical hotel breakfast.

Breakfast was the best five stars in our book, made an okay visit before we left the resort. Then we reallized we were in a dump still "Dirtona".... We couldnt have gotten on with our day without having a hoot with cookie the ladie behind it all....
Surprisingly good. Recently updated with nice rooms. Views when facing ocean spectacular. Right on the beach so you get that vibe as well.
