Very courteous and professional staff. I made a mistake making a reservation to stay there and the they were extremely helpful in correcting my mistake. I happen to call them during the busy morning checkout period, and they could not have been nicer. I really appreciated/needed their help, thank you. This is why I always look for a Hampton Inn when traveling. Thanks again, and hope to stay at your site in Cullman soon.
Clean, comfortable a Hilton property.
We stayed at Hampton Inn Cullman while in town for a tournament, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel felt newer and very well maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after long days. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, always making us feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and everything was fresh and well stocked.
