Great evening staff. All rooms bathrooms need renovation my opinion
This hotel has been good to me for many years. It's a little older now but it's always clean with nice people working behind the desk.
These beds are hard and lumpy 10/10 do not recommend. Sleep quality was 0
The customer service was excellent. But the room not so great. We had dogs with us and the room we were put in looked clean..except the couch. Stained and cruddy looking. I thought we should have changed rooms but my husband said "just the dog room i guess." I refused to sit on the couch. It really was nasty looking. Breakfast was as you would expect for a Hampton Inn off the freeway..not fantastic but quite adequate. Multiple choices , clean and employees making sure it was well stocked.
