Lady at the front desk was VERY RUDE!
Worst location I have ever stayed at. Stayed three days and had to go down stairs daily to ask for towels to be told they ran out. Also they charged $20 damage on remote for something I didn’t utilize and didn’t even bother to notify me. I attempted to dispute this with them and they would not provide me any proof outside of a statement …. Not a photo or anything. They have a history of charging customer for a non damaged device.
Room was damp
The service from the night workers at the front desk are pitiful. This lady is very confrontational and rude to all the people that are coming in raising her voice and talking down to people. She says she doesn’t care if they report her she even yelled her name go ahead and report me. This is unacceptable for any management to have an employee like that. She was rude to several customers just in the time that we were there I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody.
Not a bad place, but if your a semi driver.. Your only good as a bobtail because parking is tight & limited unless you park on the other side of the hwy at the Circle K. Ft.Worth Texas APPROVED 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
