I don’t usually leave reviews but after BEING ACCUSED OF STEALING A PILLOW I will leave a review! This was my second night in south Texas for a funeral. The first night I stayed in Alice. When I went to THIS Hampton inn I noticed they did not have AC working in the hallways. The room did so I was happy about that. All the towels smelled clean BUT had dark dirt stains on them. For been a Hilton property. I expect more upscale hotel. But no. The room we got had roaches on the floor and on the bed. The bed sheets had some white stains on them. The rooms felt stuffy. I had to cancel my reservation. It was bad. Never stay here.

Building going through renovations. A/c was very poor. Staff was amazing. Really disappointed in the facility.

I have tried to stay at this hotel 2x in the past month and both times I left bc of the person at the front desk named Laura. A month ago, I tried to book 5 nights and a friend who has a 12 pound Yorkie was going to stay with me for 3 nights. I was more than willing to pay the 3 nights worth of pet fees for the small dog, but Laura said I must pay for the dog to be there ALL 5 nights. I was giving 3 star for a bad experience but because they are under renovation i give 4... because even that they don't have the support of owners to give good service staff try to do the best. This type owners should not be allow to own businesses in the service industry. If they don't care of the safety and comfort of guest.
