Rooms were very musty smelling.
I stay at Hilton hotels because of the hospitality and have never had a bad stay until now. The smart TV in my room is not connected to their internet, therefore I’m unable to use our steaming service, specifically Netflix which is an option on the remote control. I normally log into Netflix when we stay at Hiltons. I use Netflix because I need closed captioning due to a hearing disability. I woke up after the first night with red bed bug bites all over my legs. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change, but they dismissed it as mosquito bites and said no other rooms were available. I had to leave and find another hotel. I’m in Corpus Christi for work. I asked for a refund, but the manager wasn’t available and wouldn’t answer the phone. They told me to call back the next day. Finally I was told I would get the refund but wouldn’t make it at the time, they would do it the following day… so we’ll see… No ... read more
TV remote did not work in any of the rooms our family had - wouldn’t change channels at all AC rattled so loud in our room it disturbed us when we were trying to sleep Internet did not work Our room wasn’t cleaned When they did clean our room one day, they took all the towels and didn’t replace them. Also the cups Ice machine only working on one floor Stains on the carpet Staff was very nice but everything else was retched
