First night here and the lady at the front desk was extremely unkind. She refused to provide extra blankets. I said the hotel wasn’t sold out there must be extra blankets. She had nothing to say. Shouldn’t be working a job if she can’t properly provide the amenities to the customers.
The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and quiet for the most part. It's in a bit of a weird location, but not too far off the main highway.
They don't clean rooms everyday so hang up y'all towels if your staying more then one night
Great, very clean hotel with very friendly staff. The location is 7 minutes from downtown Corning which has lots of fun restaurants and bars to go to. The room was very clean and in good condition. The Hampton breakfast was better than the typical Hampton breakfast. Parking lot seemed very safe to park your car overnight. We would definitely stay here again in the future if we were back in the area.
