Sam is the best!
Was on a weekend trip when my car needed a trip to the emergency room. Dropped off the at the mechanic and took an Uber to the hotel. While checking in, told the front desk that it was my birthday, and now car repairs were side-lining the trip. Went up to the room and 15 min later, got a knock on the door. The staff had purchased a balloon and wrote a sweet card to wish me a happy birthday. Needed a late checkout as I was still waiting on the car to finish wrapping up and they told me to take my time. Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Staff was friendly and kind. Room was clean. Great location for traveling across TN with lots of restaurants nearby.
