Behind the front desk was Sam W.- a SUPERSTAR asset to the Hilton Corporation! Not only in representation of the necessary fundamental qualities of the position, but he also made our stay feel so welcome which is such a plus for weary travelers. What a GREAT individual with integrity. I will definitely stay here in the future- thank you!
Close to alot of resturants , had a great breakfast and atmosphere in the place was very nice. Everything looked clean, room was nice as well as the bath & shower was good as well.
The digital key opened the guest laundry, not my room. Lobby attendant was aware of the issue...why allow the room to have a digital key if already aware? I was given a regular key. The first thing I attempted was to lower the shade, which was in bad shape and would not lower; it came completely off and fell. I had to make a second trip to the lobby for a new room/key. Traffic was loud: poor location for a quiet sleep, but close to restaurants. Breakfast was fine and room was clean.
After reading positive reviews for this facility, I was a bit disappointed. This facility was not up to typical Hampton Inn Standards overall. You pay a little more than some hotel and expect a little more. First, the positive portion. Checking in was awesome because the fellow at the front desk had super personality! Here are 5 specific things that disappointing. 1) the HVAC unit made significant noise each time it cycled on.
