We stayed at this hotel for 3-weeks. The hot breakfast was amazing. Well stocked. Delicious hot and fresh. The lady was an amazing cook and we commended her several times. However her attitude was rude. She talked to guests unacceptably, including my husband. Every morning she sat and watched every guest as they entered the eating area and what we got. Beware: current gold member, several years as diamond, over 600 lifetime stays, made reservation with late arrival, Enroute room was canceled at 9:35 pm, and hotel sold out. Desk manager Andre had zero problem solving skills, I’m now without a hotel for hours because of concert at UGA. - Luckily I don’t have my family! - Follow-up, spoke to Hilton Customer care, they stated it was my responsibility to “Call the Hotel” after checkin time or their policy allows them to cancel any reservation. The front desk clerks were friendly and we got a few free snacks. The room itself wasn't that clean. The bedsheets were fine. The bathroom was a little grimy. The bathtub and mirror looked old. The was some hair on the toilet seat. And underneath the sink looked like it never got swept. The internet is also painfully slow.
