First let me say the rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. No complaint there. But I would never stay there again. Check In was a royal pain. Got there early, about 3pm, and was told to come back at 5 as all the rooms needed cleaned. Got back at 5 and was told rooms not cleaned yet. I got the distinct impression that they were not being truthful about why we couldn’t get checked in. After rattling around the area for 2-3 hours we finally got checked in after 6pm. The breakfast was good. But when I checked it was late and the parking lot is not well lite at all. The lady at the desk was not helpful at all. She did not even point me in the direction of the elevator. The room was fine but the bathroom was awful. It needed repair. The shower door would not slide without force.

We booked to stay here coming into town for a friend's funeral. When we arrived at 4pm for check in, even though we had checked in on the app earlier in the day, we could not get into our room because Hilton's system was down. We understood. Things happen, we asked that they contact us when the system was back up and left to go find food as we had been traveling since 6am. The system was down for 6 hours.
