got charged twice for a room and they refused to redund me. had bank statements and all.
If I could put zero stars, I would. The staff, especially the manager (Mark), are extremely unprofessional and rude. We were sent out here on a contract for work, drove through 4 states to get here, and were treated with so much disrespect. There was an issue with the booking, something about needing another card on file even though everything had already been taken care of. My stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable and an unpleasant experience . Had a gang of individuals hollowing and yelling in the front parking lots.. Seemed to be some type argument or confrontation outside the window for at least 2 hr. I After I clocked in at 11 pm that night. Front desk had nothing to say. Or asked them to leave..
