Easy on and off from Interstate 85. Staff, especially Polyanna, is accommodating and interesting personalities. The room had a refrigerator/freezer unit that worked. It was turned on before I signed. No waiting an hour to be useful. Rolling butlers are available at the entrance. Breakfast is well organized, plentiful, and tasty.
We got to this location about an hour early. We asked the front desk if we could check in early, along with an upgrade to a king room. She was very accommodating. The room was clean, had the necessities, and had a comfortable bed. It is a little dated but comfortable.
I tried to retrieve a forgotten item from this hotel. Paid a $37 shipping fee because they confirmed they had it and promised will ship asap. In the end, I lost the item for good because they had left it unattended at the front desk (their words), and someone else picked it up. When I called the hotel to ask what happened, they told me they don’t take any responsibility — even though they had my item and I had already paid for the shipping.
