We stayed at this hotel on January 10–11, 2026 and experienced a bed bug infestation that the hotel has still failed to take responsibility for. We woke up just after midnight in room 215 with multiple bites on our arms, chest, neck, ears, and face. After discovering the bites, we contacted the front desk and were told that management was not on duty until 9:00 a.m. and that the only option available at that time was to move us to another room. Great location! Nice restaurants close by, Hollywood Casino not far.. Good value. Quiet!
Have stayed here previously, but this will be our last stay at this property, Front desk staff extremely rude. For location purposes, there are numerous other hotels within walking distance of this one that we have and will gladly patronize again!!! Called two days prior to our arrival, in the evening to change 1 of our 2 rooms from a king to 2 queens!
