Great stay
I have stayed here plenty of times and always had a great experience, however the employee Mia was very rude when I was talking to her and wanting more information. Won’t be staying here with an employee that will treat customers the way she treated me!
I stopped by the Hampton Inn Columbus West to ask for some info, and Maya was so helpful and kind. She took her time to answer my questions and even pointed me toward some good places to eat nearby. Really great customer service!
Stayed for a quick weekend getaway. Rooms are as expected; same goes for the bathroom. Building is a little dated, but still gets the job done. If you like a cold hotel room, the AC only goes down to 66F. Breakfast was basic - waffles, egg, meat, potatoes, cereal - but delicious. Would stay again.
Gross!! Just gross. Furniture needs to be updated. Linens are cheap and scratchy. Paid more than was quoted on the app too. So not worth it. Would have been better off sleeping in my car.
