Much like others have noted do not expect AC if you are staying here. Front desk clerk FaceTimed management which refused a refund for an 80 degree room and instead offered a fan and points. Then the front desk clerk was instructed to FaceTime maintenance in my room and expected me to pull the unit cover and flip the main switch on the AC myself, because they were not capable enough to do so. I'm 6'2 and the toilet was made for a child. I have bad knees, and all the toilets are the same.
