Evening of 09/03/25 – I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Hilton Hotel. I made a simple request for a digital key, but instead of assisting me, the receptionist laughed at me and was dismissive. This was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. What made it even more disappointing was that I expected the warm, friendly hospitality that’s typically associated with the Midwest, especially in a small Nebraska town.
