No water in room. Front desk argued with me when asking for free bottled water and said that it’s only for diamond members. I showed her the tier benefits on the website for silver status and then she’s like whatever here you go. Also there is no trash can in the room. And the room door has a huge gap in it that looks out to the hallway.
Bath tub was dirty with footprints in it. Shower products were low/empty. No hand soap in the bathroom on check in. No ironing board. Rest of room was clean and staff was kind and helpful.
Low services
The hotel location was a perfect stopping point for my journey. I checked in online, picked my room, and it was ready when I arrived. I don’t think the digital key is in place but the desk was but pleasant and quick when I arrived. The bed was good, plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
