Excellent service & staff. Great breakfast. Live to stay again
The hotel room was clean, just needs some TLC but I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. This hotel may be a bit overpriced for the location and the overall condition of the building. Located within walking distance to Red Lobster, although the overgrowth is not very inviting for a walk. The exercise room equipment did not work, even with requested service. Breakfast was the typical breakfast you get at a Hilton.
I am staying at the Hamilton Inn at 3160 Olentangy River Road. I just wanted to really compliment these folks. I am here Monday thru Friday because of a medical issue. I travel from here to the hospital and back most of the time and they are always here with a smile and and an accommodating hello. From the shuttle drivers to and from the hospital (Susan, Dalton, Shane) to the front desk (Julia, Brandy, a nice young man his name escapes me at the moment, sorry) to the breakfast staff run by Mike.
