Terrible and overpriced hotel. Many items dirty and in disrepair. Highly stained carpet, cracked ceiling tiles, bathroom did not lock. Front desk staff were not present for check in or check out, we had to call them. Sign by the pool indicates that it is closed by the health department. Not what I would expect from anything affiliated with Hilton.
Elevator didn't work the guy at front desk should be telling the guest that. The guy at front desk was a.smart mouth about the Elevator when I went to get in it he laughed and said unless you want stuck on it I wouldn't use it. I usually always stay at a hampton but this make you change your mind.
Terrible front desk service. Overheard them cussing out loud like they were talking in the Hood. The shower tub looks like its never been cleaned. There wasn’t any hot coffee available in the lobby, just cold coffee 🤣This is without a doubt the worst Hampton Inn in the country. I’ve stayed at Motel 6s nicer then this dump!
It was ok. Not as good as other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. They did not clean the two days I was there. We had to go get towels. It seemed less.
