We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at a Hampton Inn, which was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Our previous stays at Hampton Inns while traveling from Florida to the northern states have always been enjoyable. However, this stay was marred by a series of issues, including a first room with no heat, a second room with no heat, a sink filled with standing water, and a broken phone cord at both ends. Disappointed! We were traveling with 10 people and had 5 rooms. The pool was closed and looked like it had been for some time. There was no hot water for showers, our bathroom sink wouldnt drain, and the toilet was leaking all over the floor. Spendin$1600 for 2 nights, was very disappointed!
The bathroom walls had stains on them. It needed a new paint job. Hot breakfast in the morning was good
