We had hot water issues, iron board broken but they worked with us. Good location for the event we went to. Hamptons are a good mid-level hotel.
Room was clean and smell of the room was better than most.
The general manager of this hotel is running a scam. When they run your card for incidentals they wait till you check out and find something that was previously wrong with the room and charge you for it. In some cases they've removed pictures from rooms leaving the bracket on the wall and charge the customer several hundred dollars for on picture that they claim was stolen. Dudeeee 50 dillar non refundable pet fee. Bwahahaha They don't tell you that. Jesus, stay somewhere else 164 plus 50. Oh and No ac to boot.
