August 2025 First review after previous visit. Convenience location near TAMU and reasonable pricing. I overheard this location will change to a different Hilton concept. Even though this hotel looks old but the front desk is courteous when I arrived. Room is clean I don’t mind return for a short stay.
This hurts to write as I gave ample opportunity for the hotel to settle this issue, but apparently, they just want to ignore me. Not only did this Hampton Inn not meet the Hilton standard, but it fell way short. We are Diamond Members because we have always loved the Hilton experience, both with quality of the hotels and customer service. This place is a dive, disgusting, moldy, stained old sheets, and broken shower head where it goes into the wall. DO NOT STAY HERE
