Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn, especially with it being a Hilton property. The room was small. Very little space between the foot of the bed and the desk. The "desk chair" essentially was a cushioned stool (no back to it). The desk was cramped because the mini-fridge was stuffed under the desk !!!! The worst part was that once I was up on the 4th floor, BOTH elevators became NON-OPERATIONAL !! I had to walk down and then up again via 4 flights of stairs (with an injured knee). I booked a room at this hotel in December of 2025 for fall of 2026. I booked with a family and friends rate thanks to a generous aunt. I realized recently, July 2026, that I need to remove one of the days from the reservation. I tried in my Hilton Honors app with no success, so called the hotel directly. I told the front desk I needed to remove one of the days of my stay. She was quiet for a moment then told me the changes had been made. I hung up and logged back into my app to confirm the changes. The place is disgusting, stinks. Carpets had not been changed in decades!! No one in our family would use the showers. Avoid the free breakfast at all costs. Oddly they have wiring strung along the ceilings, above the doorways, all along the hallways. I cannot understand how they managed to keep the Hampton Inn / Hilton branding as it’s no where near their standards. I attempted to complain, never heard back from Hilton or the hotel. Conveniently located, all else is horrible.
