Please don’t book a stay here the owner will probably reply to this but will do nothing about the reviews they don’t clean the rooms the bathroom is completely falling apart the toilet had hair all over the seat and I had to wear flip flops in the shower it was so nasty don’t even get me started with the smell it smelled like dead animals I don’t think the staff knows theres something called febreze but even then I don’t even think they have cleaners the boards are falling apart please don’t come here whatever you do its not... read more
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Like others have shared, I’m unsure how this “hotel” is even allowed to operate.
The hotel was very dirty, with a strong and unpleasant odor in the lobby that resembled feces. The staff member on duty was extremely rude, asking if we were leaving today, and upon our response of no, he used inappropriate language. When we requested towels, he responded with profanity and delayed in providing them. Additionally, the water was shut off from 10 AM to 2 PM without any prior notice. Long time Hilton Honor member here, never has this ever happened in my 20 years of membership from any Hilton property. I made my reservation 3 months ago and my booking was cancelled by this hotel the day before my stay. Because of new student registration event in A&M (the one I'm also going to) I was left with trying to find a place to stay for my family when all other hotels practically has no rooms left available and prices has gone up double or triple the normal time rates.
