The food what treacherous the boiled eggs were not cooked all the way and there was a lot of food options for breakfast the only good thing was the bagel which they didn’t make. I stay here for 2 days and the day i was leaving I found a bug next to my pillow. Got sick after swim in that musty pool. Definitely WONT be stay here again.
The staff at the Hampton inn in Clinton Iowa. The staff was awesome very accommodating to all situations I would highly recommend this hotel.
Why do you guys leave the side door on the right side of the building open at all times? And then you wonder why homeless people are coming into your hotel…? Housekeepers aren’t given adequate time to clean rooms so all the rooms in the hotel are disgusting. Also they don’t air condition the hallways or elevator so have fun walking to your room in 85 degree heat this summer. This place is poorly managed because a lot of these issues are simple fixes but are just overlooked.
