The hotel was clean and lovely and the staff was wonderful. Front desk clerk Paige was exceptional. She is certainly an asset to you. She made us feel welcome and never a burden.
Nice and clean hotel. I couldn't get my remote to work, and Amy came to my room and got it to work. Great customer service and very friendly. Nice and quiet, too.
The staff was very friendly from start to finish! This Hampton Inn had clean rooms, a good breakfast and a great location! I was most impressed with Amy who helped me coordinate getting my favorite flat iron I had left in the room, back home to me a few states away. I would definitely recommend you choose this hotel if don't know where to stay. You won't be disappointed. THANK YOU AGAIN, AMY! You're the best!!
I’m in Clinton for work and this Hampton Inn has already become my go-to spot. They even let me check in at 9 AM (lifesaver when you’ve been on the road early). The staff here is so friendly and helpful—it’s the little things that stand out, like bringing a fan right up to my room when I asked. The rooms are clean, the beds are so comfortable I almost overslept for work (worth it), and the breakfast is excellent—plenty of hot and cold options that actually get you ready for the day. We stayed there for our 50th anniversary, and the manger Jessi went out of her way to make our stay very special! Staff was very nice! Several of our friends stayed there too and everyone had a great stay!
