What ruined the experience for us was not the room (perfectly acceptable and as expected) or the staff (friendly) - it was the management who were a shining example of corporate greed. We stayed 6 days for a funeral, and for several nights were paying north of $460/night. At that price you would think that they would at least replenish some of the good food items. The room service is not provided in 4 days straight even when requested. The cleaning staff were rude. We were more than 10 families travelled for sports. The cleaning staff were gossiping about the guests. Kids were treated harsh. NO we will not go to this place back again. We still have more events happening so we shifted ourselves to another hotel nearby in 5 mins vicinity for a better stay. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone
