I have stayed at this Hilton property on many occasions. This past week I was there for two days, on the second day the AC in my room would not cool my room, I stuck it out and when I checked out I told them about the issue and if I could get a break on my rate for the one night. The employee told me that she would have to talk to the manager because it was above her pay grade. She said that she would call me back with an answer, three days later, not a word or a call. The room was very clean, smelled clean, the Lobby and seating area and pool area all clean Very small town, right down the street from a tourist attraction Sugar Express, great location. Breakfast staff was great, front desk was straightforward.
