The woman checking us in at the front desk, had a hoodie with stains all over it. She was nice enough, but dressed unprofessionally. The rooms were dirty and the caulk in the shower was covered with mold and hair everywhere there was paint peeling off the walls and hooks missing and doors were coming off the entertainment center. This place isn’t awful, but it’s not what you’d expect from a Hilton branded facility. The location was excellent. Very close to the highway with tons of restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment very close. Quick & easy 15 minute drive to Cleveland. The building was just disappointing. Things were falling apart & just unappealing from the moment you walk into the lobby. The elevators are extremely old & slow. The worst part was the lingering smell & dampness of the hotel. Mold found in room, ceiling in bathroom fell apart when running shower. Got moved to another room and room was found with water on the ground by the bed.
