This review is back for a stay long time back. Hotel is ok. I remember my infant baby was having a fever. Being a gold status I requested to extend the checkout for 2 hours since my son was sleeping. The person at the front desk refused to do the same. While I never expect anything from anyone, the fact that they refused to let my son sleep for an extra hour still is embedded in my memory.
My fault for forgetting my watch charging cable, but why only Hilton's always say "sorry we didn't find it". This time front desk said "it's here, pick it up at the front desk" drove back an hour from the airport only to get told "sorry, we didn't find it"
