Great Location, but Disappointing Stay The location is definitely a highlight—right next to the lake, which is beautiful and convenient. Unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. Check-in is listed as starting at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 4:45 pm, only to be told that the room we selected in the app (on the 4th floor—the highest level—to avoid noise from above) was not ready. Pool was dirty, rooms extremely small, room wasn't ready at 5pm.Was allowed to choose which floor we preferred and we choose top floor. As mentioned above when we arrived it wasn't ready. Asked if we wanted to wait or choose another floor, options were 2nd or 3rd floor. I requested 1st floor if we were going to here foot steps and then was told we could have the room beside the one we 1st choose. Confusing right?
Pool wasn't very clean and bathroom had mold
