I had an amazing experience at the Hampton Inn Clemson, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Shaq, The Night Audit for going above and beyond during a very busy and stressful time. During the LSU vs. Clemson game, there were outages with Uber that left a lot of guests and visitors stranded and unsure of how to get where they needed to go. Shaq stepped up with such professionalism and kindness—offering waters, checking in on everyone, and making sure people felt safe and cared for while they figured things out. This hotel was ok. I stayed for 2 nights and while the people at the front desk are friendly many things are not taken care of. For example the phone in my room did not work. I reported it to the desk and they said they appreciated my report and have been having troubles with their phones for awhile. I also asked about rooms being cleaned as there is no fan in the bathroom and after. A shower it feels damp. They said they would clean it. However when I came back the room was not cleaned.
