Do NOT stay! Terrible Mold issue. First room had a climate issue. All of our items, carpet and bedding were damp. Woke up with headaches and congestion. We asked to move. Second room had visible mold issue on ceiling. We were informed that the entire first floor was shut down due to the mold issue. We decided to check out and find a new hotel and staff gave us full refund.
I was there for my birthday weekend get away that my daughter got for me. First night mold in the bathroom was moved to another room. Woke up this morning to wet carpet and clothes from the AC that leaked. Front desk staff was informed as I checked out 2 hours early due to that. Was told supervisor would be contact let’s see if that happens. The best part of the weekend was being at the clinic wish my night were nice.
Every staff member i spoke with was friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained.
Great Location, but Disappointing Stay The location is definitely a highlight—right next to the lake, which is beautiful and convenient. Unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. Check-in is listed as starting at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 4:45 pm, only to be told that the room we selected in the app (on the 4th floor—the highest level—to avoid noise from above) was not ready.
