The room never seemed to cool off. There seems to be some kind of timer on the air conditioner at night that only allows it to function for 3 minutes then shut off for 5 minutes. In the morning it functioned normally. We were going to extend our stay but who needs to sweat all night.
Clean and VERY nice staff. Raymond was a sweetheart! The breakfast could be better. More healthy options. The beds are too soft and handheld shower needs more spray options.
We missed the opportunity to fill out a survey for the Hampton Inn Cincinnati-Northwest/Fairfield hotel but didn't want to miss the chance to get out a review. We stayed here the weekend of August 2nd and it was a very pleasant surprise! From the moment you check in, you know that the guests are the most important thing. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was perfect. Upon our departure, they even packed a to go snack bag for our travels! We will definitely stay here again the next time we're visiting... read more
One of the better Hilton properties as the brand has definitely gone down hill. No elevator inspection posted and door sticker in elevator was so old that you could not decipher it. Ice machine not working.
