Pool & Jacuzzi were dirty! Pool had hair & bugs in it; Jacuzzi smelled of straight pee with a yellow tint. Checked in on a packed Saturday by Sunday evening pool was in this condition which means it was never cleaned. Talked to front desk who said”maintenance will clean it when they can” Alrighty then.
I would not recommend staying at this location. Do not book online as they will scam you despite their advertisement of “free cancellation up until ___x___ date.” I was charged a booking fee despite talking to a representative to have my room re-booked at a different location and notifying them to cancel the other reservation because there were no rooms available. We chosen this hotel with a pool for our kids and we got there and it was of course closed for maintenance. There was no hot water. So cold showers were our only option. Rooms were fairly cleaned. The room setup was a little tight.
