There was a wet wash cloth in the shower when we first walked in, place smelled, and crumbs on the bed. Worst hotel ever
Checked in the morning of 7/30 I believe her name was Natalie she was there Friday morning as well. She’s a GEM! Her customer service alone would make me return. She makes all the guests feel like they are VIP and at home. Had a great stay!
Cockroaches and over chlorinated pools. The pool was so over chlorinated that it was burning our eyes and the kids that were actually swimming in It were coming up coughing. We chose to just use the hot tub, but we’re only able to stay a few minutes because our eyes were burning on the way out. We saw multiple black bug that were dead at the bottom of the pool. Staying here currently actually. Guests are very loud, playing music outside. I complained to the front desk but issues still persist. I wouldn’t stay here again
