So much great stuff about this hotel, but the highlight for me has been Andy at the front desk! Forget easy check in and regular customer service...child's play to this guy. Andy remembers your name, what you're doing, and helps you find your next stop. The rooms and common areas were clean and the place felt so welcoming!
I was sent to the Cincinnati area for work and they arranged my hotel stay. Andy at the front desk has been very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with amenities that I've gone to resort hotels and not had. Very pleasant stay overall.
Great value. Friendly staff.close to where I needed to be.
Andy at the front desk was excellent!
