2 nights stay and my room wasn't cleaned, even after multiple requests.
The hotel is great except for traffic noise. It doesn't seem like either side of the hotel can escape that and it's hard to sleep for someone like me. Didn't hear planes though. Bed and pillows are comfy. Easy free parking and there is also a CTA train station not to far away. Of course right near the airport. The front desk workers are super friendly and even give you free drinks when you check in. Breakfast was pretty good as well. It's better than some other hotels and starts early at 5:30 am. Stayed overnight for my early AM flight from O'hare. Location is on busy road. Room is specious and clean,good friendly staff. Complimentary shuttle 24 hours day to and from Airport.
