Wonderful hotel! I was in town for business and had a great time overall. I was super appreciative of Carlos and Claire at the front desk—they were very helpful, especially as my colleagues and I needed to extend our stay due to inclement weather (and also thank you to the manager Ross for encouraging me to write a review to give them a shout out!). I had negative situation quickly turn into a positive. I had a pair of AirPods that were left on the bed of my room and got put into the wash. Spoke with Jeremy and he took my number and information and said if anything turns up he’ll let me know. I’m gonna be honest, I figured it would be a lost cause and it would never be resolved but to my pleasant surprise, he called back THE DAY AFTER! The rooms were super clean and the overall hotel felt modern and up to date. Matea was our front desk associate and was excellent. She gave us great customer service at the front desk and was very patient and helpful. The location was also great for the area. There’s 3 hour parking just across Sheridan which was nice so we used that for the night. We didn’t get a chance to visit the bar in the hotel but it was nice to know that was on site if needed. Overall would recommend for the area.
