This hotel is a jewel. We stayed 10 nights and we had a very pleasant stayed. Rooms were so spacious and everything was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. But most important was their staff. Jose the front desk guy that worked mostly evenings was so friendly so do Carlos and Sonya. Wish i can remember the other names but everyone so so genuinely friendly. Location is great. This is my go to hotel in Chicago. Neighborhood is a super nice area that’s less congested compared to downtown and lots of eats within walking distance. Rooftop is super cool for amazing views of the lake or planes landing at ORD. Security locks to enter the hotel lobby after 11 is a bit annoying but provides security for guest.
My girlfriend forgot her phone charger in the room and they wanted to charge her $30 to send it to her. Pretty pathetic!
Went for Savanna Banana game and right off the Red Line. Little expensive to valet park but was a great stay.
The hotel is so clean and is in such a perfect location. The hotel staff are the most friendly, welcoming hotel people I have ever met. Reena has always been extremely helpful in making arrangements during move ins for school. Carlos always checks in and ensures our stays are comfortable. Angel is always brightening our days with conversations during breakfast. Would recommend to friends and family and will be staying here again.
