Great hotel, good location, good breakfast, nice rooms, fantastic staff, truly a great stay!
Very convenient for Loyola. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially kind were Angel, Victoria, and Mitija. And thanks Hampton for not serving ice cold butter in the mornings.
Deceptive billing, predatory fees, and awful service ruined my Chicago trip. I called on the day of my arrival to confirm a single-room reservation. The front desk agent (Reena) informed me that the system showed two rooms. I clarified that their website had duplicated the booking when I modified my dates a week earlier. We used the Hampton Inn Loyola Station for our wedding room block and hosted our welcome dinner in their meeting room and rooftop terrace the night before the wedding, and they were incredible! The hotel lobby and rooms are really nice, and the event spaces are beautiful and super well-maintained. We worked mainly with Zachary Moore, the sales coordinator, and he helped us from start to finish. He did everything from our initial tour of the space to helping us coordinate with our vendors. Can’t beat the location near Layola, a great value for the price point. The room was clean, water pressure excellent and I was pleasantly surprised how well sound proofed it was from outside. The staff was great, especially the front desk clerk at check-in.
