Excellent hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. Carlos was extremely helpful and friendly. the room was super clean, and location was perfect. Next time I'm back in the area I will definitely stay here again. It has also renewed my interest in Hampton Inn as a brand. Very well done. Thank you.
They don’t offer parking other than valet.
TV or tv remote did not work. Called front desk and they brought up new batteries. But, it still didn’t work. Said they would send up a technician, but was late and taking too long, so told them to forget it. The tv was on when we came into the room, we found that it could not be turned off without the remote and could not pull the plug, so we had a very bright night light all night long. ●Pros -The hotel was very clean. -The facilities didn’t feel old or run-down, and everything was clean, including the sink and bathroom. -The bus and train stations are within walking distance. -There are Starbucks, Chipotle, and Raising Cane’s nearby. -Breakfast is complimentary and seemed to be well-managed by a hardworking staff member.
