Great hotel much better than expected. Just great.
What a great location! The rooms were clean, the breakfast decent, the coffee hot. There was a beautiful fireplace in lobby that was great to sit next to with your coffee. Very close walk to the redline metro train. This was wonderful for all things travel. We took in downtown and Millennial Park, a Cubs game at Wrigley, and several fabulous restaurants. We booked a block of rooms for our band's trip to Chicago. The sales manager, Jackie M was nothing short of amazing! She stayed in the loop even after transferring me to Zachary M. The rooms, lobby, and gym were nice. Breakfast was the biggest hit with our students and chaperones! The waffles making area was the highlighted craze! Parking was our biggest obstacle with self parking and our chartered bus parking. Neither lots were within a reasonable walking distance.
