I enjoyed my stay here. It was better than I even expected. The hotel is clean, and so was the room. I like the room, view, bed linen, comfy pillows. The only downside was that the sofa had a few visible stains, which was unpleasant to see. However, it didn’t affect my overall impression. Breakfast is very basic which is typical for this type of hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Nice hotel. Pricey on the weekends. Fitness room was nice. Didn't try the pool Good hot breakfast buffet. Complimentary coffee and tea always available. Showers and bed were great. Parking very expensive. There id an attached parking garage but it got full at times. The parking attendant was top notch and helped us get a handicap spot for my husband.

1. !! we completely understand their systems were down for hours , they couldn’t find our reservation yet they could find everyone else’s …. we didn’t mean to complain so much but we didn’t get checked in till almost 8 and got their at like 4:50 . Our room is still wrong we needed 2 beds like we paid for but got a bed and a sofa . We talked to 3 different managers and one ended up comping our first night which was great but tell me how we still got our card charged that day for entire stay , they looked and said they re did ... read more
