We had such a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Chicago West Loop! There was a gentleman who worked in the parking garage who was truly one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to help us get parked, explained everything clearly, and treated us with so much kindness. His genuine warmth made our stay that much better.
