Stayed at this hotel for a few days. Our first impression of the customer service was unfortunately not the best. We messaged Malcolm through the app and did not receive a response for well over an hour. When we arrived, the service at the front desk also did not feel particularly welcoming. On the positive side, the cleaning staff greeted us warmly several times during our stay. The breakfast selection was surprisingly comprehensive and offered a good variety.
