Always great staff and service here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. A very quiet place to stay as well. Convenient to all things Charlotte. Breakfast is one of the better spreads I have enjoyed compared to other hotels.
Where do I start? Veronica at check in was awesome. Simple and easy since checking in online. Had to get two keys though I had the app key. Room was spacious. Air was cold. Noah at the desk was willing to try to fix something wrong with the room. The vanity light was not working but my GF said it was OK. Loved the breakfast and pool area.
