Scrupulously clean, very personable staff, helpful, polite, unobtrusive.
This location isn't safe, hence the roaming security in the parking area. Then add in the low socioeconomic status of the guests, and you understand why the rooms smell like cigarette smoke and the carpets make you keep your shoes on. The mattress was the worst, springs were noisy and bed was uncomfortable. On top of that, I am a Diamond Member and was charged an extra $10 for a room on the lower floor even though I booked the same room type. That's deceptive practice.
