Amazing customer service, Shaleena (the Assistant GM? If not, she should be!) was so friendly and helpful! 10/10.
After losing power during single digit temperatures, we arrived at Hampton Inn after Midnight on a busy night with most of the hotel full and staff surely exhausted. We received a warm welcome and consistently excellent service throughout our stay. All staff were extremely friendly and offered us assistance in any way they could with extra waters, blankets, towels, pillows to help make our stay comfortable during this stressful time. The rooms are smaller than normal, Charleston city officials charge you to park in the hotel parking lot, hotel staff like to congregate in hoards, not cleanly dressed, and downspirited. The entrance was filthy, and the carpet was ruined.
Everything was well put together and the manager was really nice about everything & helped me with whatever, I will be staying here again:)
Noisest Hampton Inn this diamond member has stayed in. Plus, parking is $10 per night. If you want to sleep, stay somewhere else. I'll never be back.
