This hotell was very clean and good. The only bad thing was the thermostat in the room. My wife and I like to sleep cold. You could only turn the thermostat o 67. You could also only set it to auto with no constant fan. That in the room was terrible. Everything else was good.
This is one of my favorite Hilton properties to stay at nation-wide, primarily because of the staff. They are so friendly and accommodating. I look forward to staying there every year I visit.
This is a nice hotel in a convenient location with amenities and restaurants nearby. I left my daily planner during our stay in June and I would like to thank Amanda (the hotel manager) who went out of her way to mail it back to me and even paid for the postage out of her own pocket. Now that's customer service! Thank you Amanda for helping me and for running such a nice hotel!
This is a nice hotel and I’ve stayed here multiple times however, the last time I stayed, the carpet felt gross and sticky and the room smelled like sour dog. My feet were black from walking on the carpet so I washed them in the shower and the water was filthy from how dirty my feet were from the floor. I wore my sandals after that. It was so disgusting. I was too tired to change rooms. The sheets were clean otherwise I would’ve definitely requested a new room. I will never stay in that room again.
