This is a hidden Gem! We were heading south on I75 and wanted to stop before Knoxville saw the sign at exit got off. Couldn't see it but kept driving on little curved road up the mountain Amazing !! We got second floor with balcony. The view of lake and mountains is so great I think I have taken 50 photos a rain storm passed over and then the sun set was so great
One of the most helpful and friendly hotel staff I've ever met. Room was beyond expectations, private veranda over looking Cove Lake State Park. Location is away from noisy traffic. Good parking lot. Excellent breakfast, and if you're running late at checkout they have a "grab-bag" to take with you. Enjoyed the fresh cookies available in the evening. We've stayed here before and each time our stay gets even better. Special thanks to Kimberly, who made sure our stay was comfortable, and Cortney.

Need a last minute room after a storm went through our area and knocked out power. Once booked the room was clean and comfortable, price even for last minute was great. Courtney at the front desk was great and helped a lot. Location has a nice free breakfast and is very close to the highway. Would definitely stay again.
We requested a handicap room, as I am in a wheelchair,. Check in was easy and didn't take long. We are diamond members and have stayed at Hampton Inns in several different states. Always great service, clean and met all our needs no problem. That being said this stay was not the same experience as any other. The grounds were not clean. Some areas looked like they looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. Old crate leaned up in the corner right next to the door in the entrance still there when we checked out.
