Photos posted-worst experience I have ever had! Paid 197.36 for the room plus 50 pet deposit my dog scratched herself and got blood on the duvet cover-after the lady left the VM called back and asked how they have only been paid 100 for the stay when clearly I’ve been charged over 400 for the stay and 197 being refunded because I was charged twice she says look lady you best keep it nice and hangs up.

Traveling several thousand miles every year, ive changed over to Hilton only hotels which includes Hampton Inns. They remain consistent and this hotel is no exception. It is an older hotel but has been updated with a few exceptions but very comfortable. However, THE GM ON DUTY ( Abigail) WAS 10 STARS. This hotel is in a great location for staying in Carrollton. Thanks to the kind staff specially Tracey and Ashley, they went above and beyond to accommodate my family. The breakfast bar was awesome. I really enjoyed staying there and the kids really enjoyed the pool. It really is your best option if you are visiting Carrollton.
