**Update 4-20-2025 Still no one from management has reached out. They commented on my review stating a refund would be issued. No such thing has happened. Also was able to add photos this time. My 4 year old son noticed the wallpaper was peeling and started saying there's mold! We stayed in room 226 and There was mold, mildew and water stains under the window. What made it worse is that we reported it to the front desk and they told us management was going to call us about the issue. We never got a call back from management.... read more
Bathroom locks barely work, pretty small space, but it’s about what you would expect. Breakfast pretty good, but yogurts cereals and fruits were limited
Great service and staff. My husband is wheelchair bound and everyone was very helpful. My family was well received. It was really cool be to so close to the regional airport. The rooms could use a few updates. The shower heads are very high and hard to reach. The fixed shelves in the rooms don’t work well for wheelchair transfers when trying to lower the arm rests.
We had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn Carlsbad for my son's birthday! A huge shoutout to Jillian, Jasmyne, Reese, and the sales manager for making it so special. They surprised us with a beautiful cake and a thoughtful greeting card—my son absolutely loved it! The hospitality was outstanding, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Thank you for the exceptional service! We’ll definitely be back. 🎉🎂🎈
