Arrived after 14 hours of driving. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They are extremely pet friendly. My mother has a gluten allergy and the breakfast staff went out of their way to make sure she had a great safe and healthy breakfast. I will never stay anywhere else but here when I am in the area.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights. Very clean! bed was comfortable. Service was good and the staff was very friendly ! Breakfast was so good and lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again

I just got home from the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I was there for 3 night. I asked to have the room serviced and it was not done.it was cleaned the last night. Very bad mold smell in the room. I had a suite with a sofa bed room 138. Good thing I brought my own air mattress, the sofa bed was impossible to use. The place is under construction and the elevator is out of service. Good thing i was on the first floor. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, and unpleasant odors were everywhere. The air conditioning was broken and, despite multiple calls to the front desk, it was never fixed. The service was extremely slow, and the staff member was rude and completely unprofessional. In addition, there was constant noise from neighboring rooms, and the complaint was not taken seriously. The price was $225 per night, and with all these issues, there was not even an elevator!
