I've stayed up here for years and have had mostly bad experiences at the local hotels. This one isn't like that it's clean, we'll run and comfortable. I don't know why it's not more popular because it's the best I've found in the area. While it's off a main street the location isn't easy to see as they don't even have a sign.

Horrible place to stay. They overcharged my government stay and they won't respond to phone calls or voicemail to correct the bill. Go to turn on the shower and the handle comes off. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. The night time staff is superb, as is the woman who puts out breakfast and the lady who clean the room. But this hotel is owned by people who just like to collect your money, nothing else. Stay someplace else if you can. I won't stay here again and we come to Carlisle many times a year.
The general manager of this location, Tana is extremely unprofessional inconsiderate and does not care about her job. She spends majority of the time sitting in her office on her phone, looking at Facebook videos and TikTokinstead of handling issues. Our first time staying here and we were very pleased. Brandon the front desk clerk, was very helpful and polite and friendly. Our room was very clean, we got two queen beds. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with very hot water in both sink and shower. Big soft bath towels 3 each,hand and washcloths. Good air-conditioning, comfortable beds and pillows.
