The one star is not a reflection of the front staff. They were polite and professional. The one star is for the inconvenience of not offering breakfast and for not having a working shower.
It is right down the road from the Carlisle Expo Center where we were at Carlisle Comic Con! Great establishment, nice rooms, clean, Workout room. Breakfast in the morning.
They advertise breakfast which, they no longer serve, its stinks, especially at night, the sewer stench is nauseating. It looks like its falling apart on the third floor. On the plus side the housekeeping staff was good. Can't say the same for front desk (not all of them). The toilet was clogged and leaking through the bottom and all was done is they put a towel there and said they were full over the weekend so we cant move to another room. We experienced so many mishap with this hotel. Its too much to even list here.
