Our first time staying here and we were very pleased. Brandon the front desk clerk, was very helpful and polite and friendly. Our room was very clean, we got two queen beds. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with very hot water in both sink and shower. Big soft bath towels 3 each,hand and washcloths. Good air-conditioning, comfortable beds and pillows. For me this hotel is perfect. Nice view, nice staff, and good price.
Don’t let the negative reviews steer you away from this property. My family stayed 2 nights at this location (randomly picked from traveling across the state). I read reviews prior to booking and almost went somewhere else but because it was 4 am and the price was good I figured why not see for myself. Went to this specific location in Carlisle, I booked online and then once I show up with husband and children as they wanted to go swimming. Well we got inside to be checked in at 3PM, was told by the guy at the front desk that we needed to pay a refundable 25$ (no messed in the room afterwards) ok no problem. Well after all was paid, I had asked where the pool was located so we could go swimming as to why we got a hotel in the first place. Was told by the front desk that the pool is under renovation. This place has mold, thick dust, old carpeting, lumpy / squeaky beds, peeling bathroom ceiling paint, unstable bathtub, it did not have enough space for our family's luggage, broken security door, and dated appliances. Being asthmatic and having allergies to dust and mold, I suffered throughout the duration of our stay in this room and I couldn't figure out why until I did some further inspections.
