AMAZING!! the ladies here went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable! They were so so kind and accommodating, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is so convenient! I will definitely be going out of my way to visit again! :)
We stayed her for the Corvettes of Carlisle show. The service was excellent! I have never stayed at a hotel with such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They were so helpful with everything. I travel a lot and stay in expensive hotels and this hotel was very reasonably priced. Malti , Al , Star and Tana are top notch!
There were a few issues at the hotel but the manager stepped up and made things right so we would consider staying at Larkspur Landing again. Note: pool is being renovated and the elevator was out of order during our stay but the new manager said she's working on improving the property.
The staff here were very kind and friendly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. The elevators weren’t running during my visit, everything throughout the property had a strong sewage smell, and the water in the room had an unpleasant odor, almost like stale cologne. The service was great, but the overall conditions made the stay uncomfortable.
Great accomodations at a reasonable price. Would recommend!
